# Stacknaut

## What is Stacknaut?

Stacknaut is a code starter kit for solo developers and indie hackers building SaaS products with AI coding agents. It provides a production-tested app stack, deployment path, infrastructure repo, and agent configuration so the coding agent works inside a real repo instead of generating isolated snippets.

Stacknaut sells source-code access and setup help. The starter kit itself includes subscription billing code that buyers can use in their own SaaS.

## Deliverables

Stacknaut customers get access to 3 private GitHub repositories:

1. App repository - full source code for the SaaS starter kit
2. Terraform repository - Hetzner infrastructure provisioning
3. Agent setup repository - AI coding agent configuration with AGENTS.md, skills, commands, and onboarding flow

After purchase, Stripe collects the buyer email. The buyer returns to the pricing page, enters a GitHub username, and Stacknaut sends private repo invitations plus a Getting Started email.

## Onboarding

The onboarding flow starts in the agent-setup repo:

1. Tell the coding agent to read `setup-guide.md` and configure the global agent setup.
2. Say "Onboard me" to start the wizard.
3. The wizard clones the app repo, configures the project name/domain/integrations, installs dependencies, sets environment variables, sets up the database, runs the app locally, and orients the buyer to build the first feature.
4. When ready, say "Set up Hetzner" to provision infrastructure and "Set up deployment" to configure DNS, Kamal, and the first deploy.
5. Later deploys use "Deploy".

## Pricing

Starter kit packages are one-time purchases:

- Kit: $199 one-time. Private repos and onboarding flow.
- Guided Launch: $799 one-time. Everything in Kit, plus async setup review and first-deploy support.
- Done For You: $1,499 one-time. Everything in Kit, plus Hetzner infrastructure setup, DNS/SSL/deployment configuration, and a verified working production deploy.

Stacknaut Text Office Hours is a separate recurring product at `/office-hours`: $49/month founding price while active, with weekly live text office hours in Discord. Future price is $99/month. Office hours provide public async questions, searchable answers, and production guidance for agents, architecture, billing, deploys, and logs.
